Confirmed MW3 Proficiencies

Kick: Reduced recoil when firing.
Impact: Bullets carry more damage through materials.
Attachments: Two attachments can be added to a weapon.
Focus: Reduced flinch when hit.
Breath: Hold breath while aiming down the sights*.
Stability: Reduced weapon sway while aiming down the sights.





 *Unlike MW2, guns now have a sway when you aim down the sights, so this Proficiency allows you to hold your breath on any gun, not just sniper rifles.

Note: These weapon Proficiencies are from the Assault category. Some proficiencies may be in the game exclusive for other weapon types that are not shown here.

Confirmed MW3 Perks: Tier 3

Marksman: Identify enemy targets at longer range.




Marksman Pro: Longer hold breath.

Stalker: Move faster while aiming.





Stalker Pro: Delay enemy Claymore explosions.
SitRep: Detect enemy explosives and tactical insertions.
SitRep Pro: Louder enemy footsteps.
Steady Aim: Increased hip fire accuracy.
Steady Aim Pro: Weapon is ready faster after sprinting.
Dead Silence: Footsteps are completely silent. Rumors suggest Pro version prevents fall damage.

Confirmed MW3 Perks: Tier 2


Quick Draw: Faster aiming.





Quick Draw Pro: Recover from equipment and grenade usage quicker.




 
Blast Shield:Increased explosive resistance.





Blast Shield Pro: Resistance to flash and stun.




Hardline: Killstreaks require 1 less kill.






Hardline Pro: Every two assists counts as a kill toward your killstreak. Deathstreaks require one less death.




Assassin: Undetectable by UAV, portable radar, thermal, and heartbeat sensors.





Assassin Pro: Immune to CUAV and EMP. No red crosshair or name when targeted.






Overkill: Carry two primary weapons. Rumors suggest that Overkill Pro allows two weapon attachments on your secondary, with the use of 2 Attachments as your Proficiency.

Confirmed MW3 Perks: Tier 1


Recon: Explosive damage paints targets on the mini-map.



 

Recon Pro: Bullet damage paints the target on the mini-map.


Sleight of Hand: Faster reloading. 





Sleight of Hand Pro: Swap weapons faster. 



Blind Eye: Undetectable by air support and sentries.





Blind Eye Pro: Launchers lock-on quicker. Extra bullet damage versus air support and sentries.


 

 Extreme Conditioning: Sprint for longer distances.





Extreme Conditioning Pro: Climb obstacles faster.



 
Scavenger: Scavenger is a confirmed perk in the game, but there is no confirmation about what the perk does. If it follows the path of MW2, it will allow you to pick up ammunition from dead bodies and the pro version will supply you with max ammo from the start.
